About

Bullpen is a non-custodial crypto trading terminal across spot, perpetuals and prediction markets.

I designed new product areas including prediction markets, wallet tracking, rewards and referrals, while improving existing trading and portfolio workflows.

Problem

Core spot and perpetual trading workflows were already established.

The challenge was adding new market types and portfolio features without creating disconnected experiences or slowing down active traders.

Key decisions

• Created a shared product structure across spot, perpetuals and prediction markets while keeping their differences clear.

• Kept PnL, liquidation, margin and position controls close to the user’s trading activity.

• Brought wallet value, positions and performance into a clearer portfolio view.

• Kept frequent actions visible and placed supporting information in drawers, panels and separate tabs.

• Adapted dense trading workflows for smaller screens instead of shrinking the desktop interface.

Outcome

Prediction markets, wallet tracking, rewards and referrals became part of the same product structure as spot and perpetual trading.

The work created a stronger foundation for adding new trading and portfolio features without introducing separate patterns for every product area.

My role

Senior Product Designer across product structure, UX/UI, responsive design, prototyping, developer handoff, implementation review and QA.

I worked closely with product and engineering from early concepts through delivery.
