About
Bullpen is a non-custodial trading terminal. I helped move it from a Telegram-first product to a web app, and worked on new features for perps, Solana trading, and prediction markets.

Problem
We were outgrowing Telegram. The team needed a web app that works for serious trading, while the product was also adding new features.

Key decisions and why

1. Designed web navigation and page layouts that fit trading, instead of forcing Telegram patterns onto the web app.

2. Reused the same UI patterns across new features, so everything feels like one product.

3. Made sure it works well on different screen sizes, so people can use it on desktop and mobile.

Outcome
A solid web app foundation plus new feature areas for perps, Solana trading, and prediction markets, with a setup that’s easy to keep improving.

My ownership
I contributed UX and UI across the Telegram-to-web move and the new features, focusing on perps, prediction markets, Solana trading, and responsive behavior.
