About

Bullpen is a non-custodial crypto trading terminal. I helped evolve it from a Telegram-first product into a desktop-first responsive platform across spot, perpetuals, prediction markets, wallet tracking, rewards, and referrals.

Problem

The Telegram experience could not support the navigation, information density, and expanding product scope required for serious trading.

The challenge was to bring different market types and portfolio workflows into one coherent workspace without overwhelming active traders.

Key decisions

• Reworked the information architecture for desktop trading instead of reproducing the Telegram experience.

• Created shared interaction patterns across spot, perpetuals, and prediction markets.

• Unified portfolio visibility across wallets, positions, orders, and market types.

• Adapted navigation, tables, market details, and trading actions differently across desktop and mobile.

• Used drawers, contextual panels, and progressive disclosure to manage dense information without hiding critical actions.

Outcome

The work established a scalable web foundation for Bullpen and supported its expansion into new trading products, responsive workflows, and portfolio experiences.
